3. Diagnostic Sample Collection (Home Visit)
Home sample collection is scheduled as per the selected time slot during booking.
Our trained phlebotomist will visit the provided address for sample collection.
If the patient is unavailable at the scheduled time without prior notice, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and charges may apply.
4. Home Nursing & Patient Care Services
Home nursing services are scheduled based on availability of nursing staff and patient requirements.
Service duration, frequency, and scope will be communicated clearly before confirmation.
Delays due to medical emergencies, traffic, or weather conditions will be informed wherever possible.
5. Delays & Service Interruptions
Winzou Health shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
Natural calamities or weather conditions
Traffic disruptions or local restrictions
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the user
Circumstances beyond reasonable control
We will always make reasonable efforts to keep users informed in case of delays.
6. Failed Deliveries
In case of failed delivery due to user unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery may be attempted based on feasibility.
