You can book services through our website or mobile app by selecting the required service, choosing a time slot, and completing payment.

Home Diagnostic & Lab Testing

Do you collect samples at home?

Yes. Our trained phlebotomists visit your home to collect samples safely and hygienically.

How long does it take to get lab reports?

Most reports are shared on the same day or next working day, depending on the test.

How will I receive my lab reports?

Reports are shared digitally through the app or WhatsApp in PDF format.

Are your lab tests reliable?

Yes. All tests are conducted through certified labs with strict quality and hygiene standards.

Doctor Consultations

How does online doctor consultation work?

You can consult a doctor via video or chat. After the consultation, you will receive an e-prescription if required.

What types of doctors are available?

We have general physicians and specialists such as diabetologists, pediatricians, gynecologists, and more, based on availability.

Is online consultation suitable for emergencies?

No. Online consultations are not meant for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, please visit the nearest hospital immediately.

Medicine Delivery

Do I need a prescription to order medicines?

Yes. Prescription medicines require a valid doctor’s prescription.

How long does medicine delivery take?

Medicines are usually delivered on the same day or next working day, depending on location and availability.

Can I cancel a medicine order?

Medicine orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

What home nursing services do you provide?

We provide post-surgical care, wound dressing, injections, elderly care, and patient monitoring at home.

Are nurses trained and verified?

Yes. All nursing staff are trained and verified before onboarding.

Can I book nursing services for multiple days?

Yes. Depending on availability, you can book nursing services for short-term or extended care.

We accept UPI, online payments, and Cash on Delivery for selected services.
