1. Appointment & Service Cancellations

a. Home Diagnostic & Lab Tests

  • Bookings can be cancelled before sample collection without any charges.

  • Once the sample has been collected, the service is considered delivered and cannot be cancelled.

b. Doctor Consultations

  • Consultations can be cancelled before the consultation starts.

  • Once the consultation has begun or is completed, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

c. Medicine Orders

  • Medicine orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once medicines are dispatched or delivered, cancellations are not permitted due to safety and regulatory reasons.

d. Home Nursing & Patient Care

  • Home nursing services can be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund, depending on service type.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.

  • Cash-on-Delivery payments are not eligible for direct refunds and may be settled through alternative methods where applicable.


3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Completed doctor consultations

  • Collected diagnostic samples

  • Delivered or dispatched medicines

  • Services affected due to incorrect user details

  • Repeated cancellations or misuse of the platform


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional situations such as:

  • Service unavailability from Winzou Health’s side

  • Verified operational issues

  • Provider non-availability after confirmation

Such cases will be reviewed individually.


5. Refund Processing Delays

Winzou Health is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Banks or payment gateway providers

  • Technical issues beyond our control


6. Policy Updates

Winzou Health reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
